My journey took a turn when I changed my reading habits to include psychology books, which ignited a passion for studying the human psyche from a holistic perspective. I furthered my knowledge by studying energy healing, spiritual healing, counseling, emotional release, self-studying of Jungian psychology, coaching, and ar

زِلّة اللسان
وزلّة اللسان = أحكام و اسقاطات خارجة من تحت إيد الوعي.
كلّنا مرّينا بيها… سواء كمرسلين أو مستقبلين.
والاتفاق العام؟
إن إحساسها مش مريح أبداً.
اللي قالها يحس إنه “اتقفش”…
واللي سمعها يحس بهزّة كده من جواه.

عمّنا فرويد قالك إيه؟

“A slip of the tongue… occurs when an unconscious intention breaks through into speech, overcoming the resistance of the conscious mind.”

يعني…
زلّة اللسان بتحصل لما رقابة الوعي تتعطّل، فيقوم اللاوعي يطلع محتواه الحقيقي زي ما هو.
الـمراقب اللي بيراقب الاخلاق و الذوقيات و الصورة اللي بنظهر بيها قدام الناس بيتعطل و يفلت منه الزمام لحظة في وقت إرهاق، ضغط، انفعال داخلي قوي.
وساعتها الحقيقة اللي مستخبية تطلع.

أما يونج…

فشايف إن زلّة اللسان بتكشف عن طاقه نفسيه من محتوى الظل أو عقدة نفسية زي عقدة نقص او عقدة ام او اب .
وهنا بيكون دورنا إننا نعمل استكشاف للطاقة دي ونوعي بيها.

والزلة نفسها؟

ممكن تبقى إيجابية:
إعجاب طالع فجأة… كلمة حلوة صادقة… حاجة جميلة كانت مكبوتة وظهرت.

لكن غالباً بتكون انعكاس سلبي من مشاعر غير مقبوله من العقل الواعي زي الغيرة و المقارنه او حقد او رغبه الشخص في حاجه ووهو مش واعي بالرغبه دي وبيظهر ده في صور زي:

نبرة سخرية

تعليق سلبي بشكل غير مباشر (Passive-aggressive)

كلمة على إنها “هزار”

زلّة لسان شكلها مجاملة… بس مش مجاملة فعلاً

او مشاعر قويه ظهرت نتيجه انها خبطت عقده زي مثلا
عقدة الأم:
تلاقي الشخص فجأة بيهاجم أي أم قدامه بطريقة مستفزة:
“إنتي أكيد مش مركّزة مع بنتك… باين إنها متأثرة.”
رغم إن مفيش أي سياق يستدعي الكلام ده.
ده بيكشف جرح قديم أو علاقة صعبة مع أمه، فبيسقطها على أي أم قدامه.

عقدة الأب:
تلاقي تعليق طالع كده بدون مناسبة:
“جوزِك واضح إنه مش قد المسئولية… زي أغلب الرجالة بصراحة.”
وهو في الحقيقة بيفرّغ غضبه المكبوت من أب كان غايب أو قاسي.

المهم الرغي ده كله عشان اقولك
سواء كانت زلة لسان إيجابية أو سلبية…
هي في الآخر إسقاطات، أحكام، عقد و رغبات… ومشاكِل نفسية تخص صاحبهامتخصكش انت

و لو الزلة طلعت منك و اتخضيت ارجع اقعد مع نفسك و شوف وراها ايه هل حكم او اسقاط علي الشخص ممكن تراجعه و لا مشاعر جواك محتاجه تتفهم و لا رغبه انت مش واعي ليها رغم انها بتتنطط في دماغك طول الوقت و محتاج تحققها

Courageous ...

I was intentionally meditating through the lines of my zendala ,And all of a sudden her face showed up in the empty space....

And while drawing her face she reminded me of certain things ...

She reminded me of how courageous I am facing my own darkness ..
She reminded me of how courageous I am embracing my own light ..
She reminded me of how courageous I am showing my trueself ..
She reminded me of how courageous I am enduring the pain of change and transformation.
She reminded me of how courageous I am opening up to what I truly deserve ...
She reminded me of how courageous I am winning my own battles...

She reminded me that I am COURAGEOUS
