لطالما تخيلت نفسي في محل إحدى بطلات أفلام الخمسينيات والستينيات..
أرتدي ثوبا "منفوشا" مع تسريحة شعر مرفوعة وعقد من اللولي الحر ..
شابة جميلة ، ذات العشرين عاما ، أسكن في إحدى بنايات مصر الجديدة القديمة ، و أستقل الترام يوميا للذهاب إلى الجامعة ..
و عند عودتي ، ألقي التحية على طنط ليلى جارتنا الودودة قائلة "سعيدة يا هانم".
أعتقد أن بنات أخريات مثلي مغرمات بتلك الحقبة من الزمن .. وليس بالضرورة أن تعاصرها لكي تحبها .. بالعكس ، أرى أن من حرم من العيش في تلك الفترة هو الأكثر حبا لها و تمسكا بها ..
