There’s always a strange kind of relationship that develops between me and a painting I’m working on.

You live with it , watch it change, argue with it, fix it, stare at it for hours….....until somehow, it becomes part of your everyday life.

And then comes the moment when it’s finally finished and you have to let it go.
Especially when it’s an artwork made for someone else.

This one is in its final stages, and I’m already preparing myself for the goodbye. 🤍🎨

P.S. Please don’t tell my physiotherapist I’m spending this much time hunched over a painting. 😂
