Dear sweet members, Please take a minute to read the ordering details, blocked dates and vacation notices :-) BLOCKED DATES: ORDERING DETAILS: - To make an order u need to call me on 01006063175 (12-5 pm) all week except Friday, with ur exact order AT LEAST 10 days before the event. - I work alone and I take 1 or 2 orders max per day so the sooner you call to reserve ur place the better - Delivery service isnt available and I'm located in heliopolis..u can choose the pick up time but plz stick with it cause i arrange my life around the pick up times. - A 50% non refundable deposit is required for order confirmation. A heads up sms will be sent to those who r late with their deposit then orders r cancelled and the reservation goes to someone else. FOR ENGAGEMENT AND WEDDING CAKES PLZ PLZ NEGOTIATIONS SHOULD START AT LEAST 15-20 DAYS AHEAD -If ur still not settled on a design kindly call earlier to reserve and start design descussions. - Orders r only confirmed by phone and a deposit not online discussions or comments. if exact orders arent confirmed and there's no feedback from the client i will have to consider the order cancelled and give the reservation to someone else. ** For 7enna cakes kindly send me an email and I will send u the cakes I made * Minimum order of standard sized cup cakes is 12 pieces and minimum order of mini cup cakes is 24 pieces (of the same flavor) * The starting size for the costumized cake is 20-25 servings. * Sorry, I dont provide special occassions cakes (ex, halloween, valentine, mother's day, easter.......) Plz guys i dont imitate other people's designs so plz dont send me a design to make a replica of.
