Recent, significant challenges are facing engineering education. They mandate innovations in the areas of the philosophy and the strategy of the educational institutions. Therefore, the Faculty of Engineering, Assiut University, a pioneer academic/research institute, is organizing this conference to address the challenges, expectations of the engineering education and the recent patterns of educations as E-learning and virtual reality approaches. The main objective of 1st ICEE 2019 is to bring together researchers, engineers, scientists, educational industry experts from worldwide to discuss the current limitations, future expectations and share the progress/advancements in the areas of engineering/ technological education.
