Stress is totally normal, it is the body's natural automatic reaction to pressure ,challenge and even threats - that allows you to think quickly and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
Every single person in the globe has stress, so you are not alone.
Although stress is normal it can turn chronic in a blink of an eye and that's why Chronic stress is the silent killer.
Stress is more important than diet, herbs, exercise, water, every single other natural/ health element that you could possibly think of because it is built from your thoughts.
Your thoughts form an energetic reaction and when you continuous ACT upon it without forming a relaxation method - to calm down yourself- it causes a strain on your mental health.
Everything starts out in the mental plan (your thoughts) and that's why you must incorporate relaxation methods to balance out your stress levels.
I have created a book of poems mainly for women to relax their minds, escape the matrix and tap in creative mode.
Reading poems activates your relaxation response, cognitive functioning and i personally know it's therapeutic.
There is a section in this book that allows to record things you that you love about yourself which creates a sense of self love and connection to your inner world.
