The Loubiere Catholic Youth Choir was formed in June 2014 as an initiative for the Youth Night of the Annual Holy Spirit Novena held at the Holy Spirit Chapel, Loubiere. The Youth Night was deemed to be a success, as fourteen young members between 10 and 22 years old gave their voices in praise and worship, under the direction of Ms. Following the successful outcome, all members agreed to regularly meet for rehearsal and brand themselves as the Loubiere Catholic Youth Choir. Since then, The LCYC has ministered through song at youth masses at the Loubiere Holy Spirit Chapel, and at various events such as the Opening Service of the 2014 Loubiere Reunion and the Gospel Festival organized during the 2014 Loubiere Reunion. To date, the Loubiere Catholic Youth Choir counts 16 committed members who give their talents to praise and worship.
