Asta Tunes Asta Tunes ~ music venue for singer-songwriters hosted by Alex Vargas from Dec 2023 to March 2024. This is an intimate concert room. We get close to the artist.

Asta Tunes is a 90 seats concert room with a small stage for singer-songwriters with character. A glass of Prosecco and wardrobe is included. Many order dinner before the concert or hang out at the bar after it, to meet the artist.

A refresh from my first concert at Asta Tunes on March 21st. As I was also the sound guy, ticket coordinator and host, sound creativity from the mixer was non-existent on stage, other than from the performer (me). But sound on stage was great and the audience did not complain. 😊

Alex Vargas here. Music venue Asta Tunes is closing down.
After a good concert last Thursday March 21st 2024, I am sad to inform you that my roles at Asta Tunes as booker, host, sound gear advisory and acquisition, live sound engineer, sound treatment advisory, graphic artistry for: all poster creation, backdrop, stage design, backdrop art, logo, video producer and editor, social media marketing, coordinator and ticket sales manager, all ending March 2024.
It was a pleasure to manage this short local cultural experience here in Valby!
For now, it is farewell from me to you, wishing you all the best!
