Docmaniacs is the collective of three young Iranian documentary filmmakers and producers: Afsaneh Salari, Sepand Saedi and Hoda Siahtiri. We launched this collective with the objective of accompanying Iranian and Afghan documentary filmmakers toward presenting their films in the international market. Docmaniacs aims at keeping an independent voice both in terms of artistic and social aspect of the documentary cinema.

We are independent and through Docmaniacs, we accompany like-minded artists from global south voicing our narratives through documentary art, shaping a collective memory.
