The last sparkle always feels extra special!
I‘ve just finished my latest painting: „Afterglow“ ✨
I thought about creating this particular piece for a while now. It should feel like you‘re really drifting inside these beautiful waves, kissed by the last sun rays ok the end of a warm summer day 🧡

About 60 hours were spent in the making of Summertime Blues 💙✨
I really enjoyed challenging myself with the blue and warm orange contrast here. Hope you love the result as well.
This painting will be showcased at ArtMUC artfair in October, along with a second piece.

So grateful that my painting Gilded Tide recently found its home with a wonderful new collector in the UK 🙏🙏 This piece felt very special to paint so it’s great to know it resonated with others as well ✨

Painting dozens of ripples!
The amount of detail in this part of the painting is challenging. I‘m also trying to leave out unnecessary noise that’s distracting the eye.
Can’t wait to see it all come together in the end 👀🩵
