Work in progress at the . Currently our artist network transforms a vacant house in the middle of Schwabing for a short time into a hotspot for street- and graffiti art. Installations and wall designs by various artists will be created on four floors. The space is available until April, after this date the building will be completely renovated.

The aim is both to draw attention to unused vacancies in Germany's most expensive metropolis and to offer artists* a free space for creativity. The project is curated and directed by / ) and and made possible through a collaboration with the landlord and the city of .

Due to current lockdown regulations, the location is not open to the public. However, interested parties can get a digital impression on Broke.Today's social media channels and immerse themselves in a colorful world full of ideas, shapes and mindsets.

„Together with our local artists from , who are working within our hotel from the very first day and their friends from we decided to create a christmas tree, which is a little different this year - just like this year is different for all of us...“

International artists, created an exhibition in our lobby with ageing furniture, canvases and sculptures. By buying these artworks, you will not only support those artists and all their cultural activities - we will also donate the raised money for the Kinderhospiz München, for children who are not expected to reach adulthood.
