My first Halloween post from years ago 👻🎃
We want circus tricks, of course! I've been practising a bunch of foot hangs on hoop for Halloween. Just need a bat costume now 🦇 I also got spiders and cobwebs to decorate the hoop too 😂🕸🕷

When you take a long break from hammock/sling and all the pain tolerance you built up have vanished... Hammock might not bruise you like hoop and pole do, but it strangles your tights and your gut 🤣🤣. The spin is also so much faster when I'm on sling than on hoop, so it's a terrifying combo of being dizzy, upside down, and squeezed 😵🤢

What do you want to dress up as for a Halloween choreo? I wore a mad hatter outfit for a hoop class last year and not sure if I have the chance to do anything this year 😔
