BLIND MAN‘S GUN ist die Band aus dem Hamburger Untergrund und spielt knallharten Heavy Rock und Metal, ohne sich vom Mainstream beeinflussen zu
lassen. Englische Texte werden mal in stampfenden Rockbeats, schweren Heavy-Riffs oder auch in balladesken Stücken verpackt. Genau das ist das Markenzeichen dieser Band, immer wieder für musikalische Überraschungen zu sorgen, ohne ihrem Stil untreu zu werden. Durchgeknallte, subtil obszöne und auch nachdenklich stimmende Texte schießen mal mit & mal quer quasiparallel zu den instrumentalen Ergüssen. 2011 war das Jahr ihrer Bandgründung und sie beschlossen, dass der Wahnsinn, der in ihren Köpfen herrschte, raus musste. Ihre Musik ist ehrlich, emotional und nimmt kein Blatt vor den Mund. Seitdem sind die 3 Männer und ihre Heavy-Rock-Ikone Naddy Gunn auf einigen Bühnen unterwegs gewesen und haben zuletzt das Publikum beim Wacken Open Air 2022, Blizzarrrd OA 2022 im Lineup u.a. mit „Jinjer“ und „Battle Beast“ und Rock das Ding OA 2022 in ihren Bann gezogen, 2019 spielten sie auf dem Baltic OA. Fireworks Rock & Metal 2017: „BMG then trickle through their genretraversing trappings one-by-one, drifting off into a triptych of songs detailing the destruction of the Earth at the hands of humanity and their last-ditch attempt to save it. The conceptual trilogy ‘Evil Eyes‘, ‘Beyond the Darkness‘ and ‘One Thousand‘ come off as if Megadeth were a NWOBHM act and Dave Mustaine had suddenly become Mrs Mustaine, taking a walz through their ‘Youthanasia‘l Risk‘ days. Black Phoenix Rising U.K. 2017 about EVIL EYES: - This is the rst track of the centrepiece trilogy about the destruction of the earth by the greed of the human race. This is a stonking hard hitting rocker full of gutsy beats and powerful dri- ving deep licks. Naddy really shines here with her harsh vocals and aggressive tones. Top notch lead guitar work, gritty deep bass notes and thundering drums all combine to make this track a storming affair that has a Sabbath style feel in places. Good changes of pace within the number gives it that extra interest. Over powering stuff with Naddy‘s vocals really soaring in places. English Version:
