Today's , and although it might look like a day to celebrate women, it's actually a day to reflect and have an open conversation involving both genders.
Today at Bytro we started an open conversation and asked our colleagues to share their stories about how they , the challenges they've faced with gender discrimination, and how other women have inspired us. Learning these stories was moving, heartbreaking, inspiring, and overall enlightening.
We feel grateful that people felt safe enough here to be so vulnerable knowing that their experiences wouldn't be dismissed. The gaming industry, and the world in general, still has a long way to go before reaching true gender equality but it starts like this: asking, listening, and learning.
And shout out to the incredible women at Bytro, you are true warriors and make this company a better place (not all 20 of you are in these pictures but you know who you are ❤️).

2009
Bytro Labs was founded by Felix Faber, Tobias Kringe, and Christopher Lörken who met during their studies of Cognitive Science. Their vision was to create a game that would meet their own high standards. Within a short period of time, the real-time strategy game “Supremacy 1914” became a major success and was named “Browser Game of the Year” in its first year by the enthusiastic community.
2010
The three founders are named “Founders of the Month” by the Ministry of Economy of the federal state Baden-Württemberg.
2011
Bytro Labs releases their first mobile game called “PanzerWars” which is published by Xyrality GmbH. The business simulation “Industry Tycoon” is also added to the portfolio.
2012
Our company is awarded the “Technology Fast 50 Rising Stars” award by Deloitte as one of the fastest growing technology start-ups.
2013
Bytro Labs announces that it will join forces with the Swedish Stillfront Group, which unites multiple development studios spanning multiple platforms and genres. Both businesses remain operating under their own name and in their current headquarters.
2014
“Thirty Kingdoms”, a medieval strategy browsergame with fantasy elements goes live.
2015
The World War II strategy games “Call of War” becomes the most successful launch of Bytro Labs up to now.
2016
“New World Empires” is introduced, a game about colonialisation and conquest.
Bytro Labs crosses the line of 5 million registered players across all games.
In close cooperation with Dorado Games “Conflict of Nations: Modern War” is launched into open beta.

Revisen los hilos en donde se denuncia baneos que resultan en una total injusticia, al parecer los del staff protegen a jugadores con tal de que suban en el ranking, afectando a los que por pura capacidad tactica le pegan en su ego a estos jugadores protegidos, ¡que cosa! no habia visto esto jamas es una lastima pero los invito a deasprestigiar como se pueda a este juego y a los que lo administran, que poca calidad moral. Resultan que te banean con razones incongruentes sin derecho de apelacion y demostracion, resulta curioso que cuando le estas pegando a uno de sus jugadores con alto ranking, les molesta y lo protegen expulsandote de la partida.
