André Winter ist ein Hamburger DJ, Produzent und Live-Act, der seit den 1990er-Jahren die elektronische Musikszene prägt. Bekannt für seinen hypnotischen und düsteren Techno-Sound, veröffentlichte er unter verschiedenen Pseudonymen wie D-Saw, Freakazoid und Motion Unit. Sein Track „Track 10:30“ (1996) gilt als Klassiker des Genres.
Winter arbeitete mit Künstlern wie Oliver Huntemann und Dubfire zusammen und remixte Tracks von Underworld, den Chemical Brothers und Josh Wink. Seine Veröffentlichungen erschienen auf renommierten Labels wie Senso Sounds, Kompakt und Superstition.
Sein aktueller Track „The Void“ thematisiert den kreativen Prozess zwischen Stille und Schöpfung und kombiniert dunkle, vibrierende Texturen mit hypnotischen Rhythmen. André Winter tritt regelmäßig in renommierten Clubs und auf Festivals auf, darunter das Fusion Festival und der Sisyphos Club in Berlin. Seine Sets sind bekannt für ihre energetische und tiefgründige Atmosphäre.
