Eberhardt Objects designed the spatial concept for a private apartment in the Hafenquartierpark in Frankfurt am Main, which was realized as part of the Main Square project by the B&L Group.
The design redefines how the floor plan is perceived. Partitions give way and the structure breathes, allowing the building itself to become a sculptural presence that can be felt and moved through rather than divided and contained.
The wraparound, full-height glazing is the starting point. The floor plan develops from the inside out. The glass facade is experienced, not furnished.
Every detail follows the same logic: visible where it matters, receding where it does not. The bathroom core has an integrated sauna with spy glass. The utility area is a seamless cabinet element. A floating kitchen unit draws an existing column into the composition as a crane element.
