Another fun project which is finished now - whiskey themed sleeve for Andreas.
The pictures have been taken after the final session, where we worked all over.
So some places are healed and others are fresh.
The first piece was the skull on the inner forearm a few years back - the other parts we added mainly during the last year.

Some more information on how a tattoo like this evolves from an idea to skin:
- first contact: exchange about the vague idea, placement and size wish
- consultation: viewing of some sketches and talking about different ideas, possibly looking at reference pictures to get the right vibe for the style, rough sketching on the skin to measure size and position of the elements
- design: the drawing and measurements are being digitalised, the final design comes together
- possible second meeting for design adjustments, especially taking the exact measurements
- tattooing, tattooing, tattooing ;)

Phoenix cover up - on the first picture you can see the healed outlines and blocked shades. There all the colours are from the old tattoo.

Sleeve in progress for Kevin.
The shoulder Mandala and the wrist area are the last spots we worked on, the rest is mostly healed.
The forearm cactus was done by another artist and is now incorporated in the new sleeve design.

Mother and daughter tattoo 🌸
Here is the finished fu dog and chrysanthemum of the mother - the tattoo of the daughter is still in progress, if you check our most recent posts, you can find the outlines there.
The motives (fu dog, flower of life, chrysanthemum) as well as the red color are the repeating elements, the designs are two different approaches.
We will keep you updated on the progress ✨
