Greetings from Annabel's Kunst Atelier. Why not Click, Connect and Create?
Little did I know that, when I moved to Germany.... many moons ago, that one day I would have the possibility to offer online workshops to friends in Scotland. However, one of the benefits of this time, is the possibility to connect with people near and far, as so much has moved online!
I would be very happy to have you participate in my upcoming 'Memory on Fabric' online workshop. Please do share my info with anyone you think might also be interested!
Ever wondered what to do with ALL those digital photos you have in folders on your computer? Do you love raking through old photographs, collecting mementos that have a special significance? If so, you will love this workshop, that I am organising.
Would you relish the opportunity to connect with others? or do you yearn to tap into your crafty side and get inspired!
I am organising a Memory on Fabric stitched photo book workshop using vintage fabrics. There are still spaces available if anyone is interested.
Over three sessions, you will be taught how to design and sew your book, which can be inspired by a special person or place. They make beautiful Mother’s Day gifts, birthday/ wedding presents, or simply something to be enjoyed by you! I am a great believer in recycling something old into something new, so materials do not have to be expensive. There is a materials list.
I will also demonstrate some decoration techniques such as stenciling, appliqué and collage/layering. And to finish off your book, you will do some hand embroidery (writing), hand or machine sewing. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
Dates: Tuesdays 20th, 27th April and 4th May 2021
Time: 2:30 p.m - 4:30 p.m CET
Cost: €75,00 (for 3 sessions) Language: English
