Artistic fields:

Short Film, Sculpture, Installation, Painting, Performance, Photography, Video, Textiles, Sound Art, Visual Arts, Printmaking, Drawing, Architecture, Agriculture social design, Digital, Design, Dance, Applied Arts, sociology, start up, ecology, chemistry, biology and etc.

There are no restrictions on implementation methods and the medium of works within the competition.

Due to the online format of the competition, priority will be given to projects submitted in digital and audio formats.

Eligibility: International

Please submit:

1. Description of the work; (In Georgian and English)

2. Digital or audio version of visual material;

Here are some photos from my small town archive. All these photo stories are about German colonists in Bolnisi, Georgia - old name of this village was "Katharinenfield" 1818-1921 and then named as "Luxemburg" 1921-1943 as the memory of Rosa Luxemburg - social philosopher and Activist. Photos are from the book "Katharinenfeld - German districr in caucasus" (Origin Name: Katharinenfeld Ein Deutches dorf im Caucasus) written by local Colonist Ernst Almendinger. Project means to create half animated and half simulated documentary movie based on these photos. As Understanding We all can give to the future our selves as prototypes of visual, or documentary and half feature inspiration of new art stories, movies. Some of us will inspire future creators of new chatbots, robots or any ideas that future human can find in our stories or visual data, Progress: It's already 6 month that we are working on 165 Photo cleaning process. Oher point: These old photos are mostly unknown for Society. Even for local museum and citizens. Most of them have seen 15-20 copies of most popular photos. Technical Direction and potential of the Project: FIlm will show you a new story with moving people and voices, noices and subtitles in Georgian, German and English Languages. Which will find new ways to tell interesting real story in creative ways. We have such a great possibility to build up the new city – Smart Port-city (1st smart port city in Georgia and Caucasus region), with new planning and design principles (Green Architecture, Sustainable development, and modern design). Ecological and environmental issues are important but today’s industrialization and massive production destroy our planet. Kills millions of animals, cuts down huge space of rainforests, seizes the biological environment. The consequences of every act are included in the act itself. What goes around comes around. That’s why we have so many problems. Due to Russian aggression and occupation of Georgia’s 20%, We have a lot of refugees from Abkhazia; Russian occupation caused them to leave their homes. Anaklia is close to the region of Abkhazia; you can literally see and feel the distance. Those refugees need homes, so, Anaklia settlement would be a cheap and effective solution for them.
