The Highlight to Close Out Our Tour

To wrap up our tour, we headed to Your Escape – and what a way to end it! 😍🔐

We played two rooms back to back: Rebecca and The Non Believers. Both cleared with time to spare on the clock – even if “relaxed two-room afternoon” turned out to be a bit optimistic in hindsight. 😂

Both rooms had us hooked and were absolutely a highlight at the end of our tour!

Rebecca really impressed us. 👻

The atmosphere, the set design, and all the little details tied together beautifully. The puzzles were woven right into the story, and you quickly felt like you weren’t just standing in an escape room, but actually inside the story itself.

And let’s be honest: when a story starts with a girl named Rebecca and a pretty dark secret, you already know the evening isn’t going to end normally. 😅🔎

What we loved most was how the story unfolded piece by piece, with everything slowly clicking together.

The Non Believers was on a completely different level! 🔥

The story around faith, a mysterious organization, and events you suddenly get pulled into yourself just works so well. You start out thinking “we’re just here to solve some puzzles”… and before you know it, you’re deep inside a seriously wild story. 😂

For the age of this room, the ex*****on is insanely strong. The set is beautifully done, the tech elements deliver some genuine wow moments, and the story carries all the way through from start to finish.

You’re not just solving puzzles here – you’re living the story. And that’s exactly what made it so much fun! 🤩

After playing over 780 rooms, you get pretty picky – but here, I completely understand all the glowing reviews. ❤️

The Non Believers was hands down the highlight for me. The atmosphere, the story, the set, the tech, and above all the attention to detail make this room a genuinely strong experience, even after all these years.

And as the closing chapter of our tour, it honestly couldn’t have fit better. Two rooms, a ton of puzzles, a bit of goosebumps, and more than a few moments of wondering why we willingly walked in here in the first place. 😂🔐

A new escape room day, new roles – this time we visited two rooms at Timed Adventures: Geppetto and Inferno.

The first task that day was to find the escape room :)

We started with Geppetto, and I have to say right away: this was our favourite of the two rooms. It has a really nice atmosphere and the design was great. There are many details to discover, and again and again you ask yourself if something is just part of the decoration or if it will be important later. So the most important thing here was to open your eyes and look at everything very carefully.

The puzzles were the best part for us. There were some really great “aha” moments, and most of the puzzles fit well into the story and the setting. It was exactly the kind of puzzle where you try things out together, discuss ideas, go in completely the wrong direction, and then five minutes later ask yourself why you didn’t think of it earlier.

In short: Geppetto was a lot of fun for us.

And that is exactly what we liked about doing both rooms together.

First Geppetto, where we solved puzzles through the story and looked closely at everything. Then Inferno, where we suddenly became a firefighter team and much more was happening.

Two rooms, two completely different roles, and in between, of course, the usual moments: “This must be the answer.” It wasn’t. “Then it must be this one.” Also wrong. And at some point, everything finally comes together.

Overall, it was a really nice start to the day for us. We had a lot of fun, could try out different roles, and really enjoyed our time at Timed Adventures.

If we had to choose between the two, Geppetto would be our favourite – mainly because of the puzzles and the atmosphere. Inferno, on the other hand, clearly has more action to offer.

But in the end, the most important thing for us is: we had a good time together. And isn’t that exactly why we get up in the morning?

Now the only question left is: where should we go next?

Colours of Art – Just Escape

We went in without huge expectations and ended up being really positively surprised. The story pulled us in right away and develops in a direction we didn’t see coming.

The puzzles were varied and sometimes quite tricky – just the right level to make you think without ever getting frustrating. It worked really well as a team experience, with everyone having something to do.

Big highlight for us was the gamemaster. He fully embraced his role and blended perfectly into the experience, which really added to the overall atmosphere.

Overall, a really well-rounded experience that exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a cool story and some clever challenges. 💪🏻😁🔐

Second stop of our Escape Room tour through the Netherlands 🇳🇱
➡️ Emmelocked – The Water of Life 💧✨

After our strong start, we went straight on… and Emmelocked brought a completely different vibe 👀

No Wild West this time, but a mysterious, almost mystical world. From the very beginning, everything feels a bit “different” – calmer, more story-driven, and built with incredible attention to detail 🔮

The puzzles are cleverly connected and constantly push you to rethink your approach. Less rush, more “dive in & understand” – exactly our kind of game 🧠🧩

What we especially loved:
👉 A strong storyline that runs throughout the entire experience
👉 A super immersive atmosphere – you completely forget the outside world
👉 Lots of great “aha moments” when everything suddenly clicks

Final verdict:
A well-rounded, immersive escape room that really stands out through its story and atmosphere – the perfect contrast to our first stop 🔥

Tour is off to a great start 👌

First stop of our Escape Room tour through the Netherlands 🇳🇱
…and suddenly we found ourselves in the Wild West 🤠

Dusty streets, saloon vibes, and us somewhere between “we’ve got this” and “wait… who missed that clue?!” 😅

Wild Western Escape in Veessen pulled us in right away – not your typical room, but a full-on adventure that makes you feel like you’re part of a movie 🎬

The puzzles? Clever, varied, and that perfect mix of “ahhh, makes sense!” and “how did we even figure that out?!” 🧩
A bit of chaos in between, some heated discussions, and that one moment where everything suddenly clicks 🤯

And yes…
👉 We actually made it out in time 💪⏱️ (closer than we’d like to admit 😄)

Final verdict:
Amazing atmosphere, so much to explore, and tons of team moments we’re still laughing about 😂

Perfect start to our tour – let’s see what’s next! 🚀

So… who’s ready to face the sheriff next? 👀

Escape Room #772
REM PopUp Escape Room
38/45‘

Personally, the best escape room in Munich, even if it was just a quick bite

We tried this REM pop-up experience… and it wasn’t a game.
It felt more like being stuck inside a story you don’t fully understand.

At some point you stop trying to “solve” things
and start questioning everything instead.

The atmosphere?
Somewhere between dream, nightmare, and
“I kinda want out… but also need to know what happens next.” 😅

Afterwards we randomly walked into next door…
and yeah, I ended up buying the book.

Started reading the same night.
Finished it by the end of the weekend.

Me finishing a book voluntarily?
Yeah… that doesn’t happen often.

Same vibe as the experience:
slightly uncomfortable, a bit confusing at times,
but impossible to put down.

It’s amazing what everyone involved has created there

Final verdict: 5/5 ⭐️

✨📚 Pop-Up Escape Room – Ever & After: The Last Hour by Stella Tack 🔍🪞

The prince has awakened—and with him, magic has returned. But instead of a fairytale dream, you’re faced with hidden puzzles, deadly vassals, and a shattered mirror. As descendants of famous fairytale families, it’s up to you to defeat the seven vassals and piece the mirror back together to restore the world. Succeed, and you’ll even be granted a wish… 👑

This Pop-Up Escape Room is based on the book “The Last Hour” from the Ever & After series by —and you can truly feel that dark, magical atmosphere in every single puzzle! ✨

We experienced this adventure as a group of four and absolutely loved it! One of the highlights: even the two younger members of our team were able to actively participate and solve some of the puzzles. The challenges are creative, varied, and designed so everyone can contribute.

My wife— is a total book lover 📖—was immediately inspired to start reading the series afterward. I’ll stick to solving puzzles 😄, but the world of Ever & After definitely sparked my curiosity.

Conclusion: A fantastic Pop-Up Escape Room with a unique fairytale twist, engaging puzzles, and great team fun. Highly recommended for fans of escape games and fantasy! 🗝️✨

🗝️ Escape Room Review – Toronto 🗝️

During our Christmas vacation in Toronto, a visit to an escape room was a must. 🎄🇨🇦
That’s how we ended up at Roundabout Canada Escape Room – super centrally located and easily accessible by subway.

We were warmly welcomed and, after a short introduction, the game started right away. We played “Back to the Mummy”, their beginner-level room. As a helping tool, you get a hint book that you can use (or not 😉). There’s also the option to receive hints via phone if needed.

The room itself is a classic escape room with number, letter, and directional locks. The puzzles are logical and don’t have to be solved in a strictly linear order, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. 🔐🧩

Overall, it was a really fun change from sightseeing and worth a visit if you’re in Toronto! 🙌

🎉 JGA Kick-off at Final Quest Escape Room Rednitzhembach 🔐✨

The perfect start to our JGA escape tour! We played both rooms at , and after the first one it was already clear how much passion and craftsmanship went into these games.

⚡ Blackout was our opener and instantly pulled us in. The atmosphere is tense and immersive, the puzzles are logically structured, fair, and flow perfectly from one to the next. Nothing feels random or unnecessary – every challenge makes sense and really encourages teamwork without ever becoming frustrating.

🌿🗿 Jumaniac took the experience to another level. The room is beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail and feels more like a true adventure than a classic escape room. The puzzles are creative, varied, and clearly stand out from standard concepts. You can really feel the unique signature and the high-quality, hands-on construction throughout the entire game.

Both rooms feel thoughtfully designed, well-built, and consistently engaging from start to finish. Exactly the kind of escape experience you want for a JGA: exciting, challenging, fair – and most of all, a lot of fun.

✨ Final verdict:
Final Quest was the perfect kick-off to our JGA – a creative, high-quality escape experience with real personality 🥂💍
Highly recommended for anyone looking for more than just a standard escape room!
