👉Hula Hoop Beginner Class:
We’ll be learning the basics of hula hoop dance, including some theory and, OF COURSE, the hip spin! :)
15:00-16:00, ZK/U

👉Advanced hoopers: I’m also offering a workshop afterwards for those who’ve been hooping for a while!
We’ll learn challenging hula hoop dance tricks that can also be adapted into twin hoop tricks. 🙌

Hoops: You’re welcome to bring your own hula hoops, but I’ll provide plenty too!
