So when we were in the park, I discovered my talent.. Or shall I say passion (?) for hooping! What I'm trying to say is... This can be fun, but nothing can replace quality duo hoop juggling training in an indoor space. In the meantime, check out my latest achievement!

I was gonna film five hoop juggling for you... But it turns out 4m ceiling isn't high enough to make this work they way I'd like it to. So instead, here's a little throwback to a performance we did last year! Can't wait to do this again soon! 5 hoops is so much fun!

Hoop rolls are so much fun, especially when you have a juggling partner like , super chilled, and catching them 10/10 times, no matter how fast the roll over our arms and shoulders.

Sound on! This is what an afternoon Duo Kara training session looks like these days. Armin coaching me on Skype, me hitting myself 90% of the time, instagram cutting off half the pattern. And then sending videos to just to see if it's too embarrassing to upload. And a pair of sunglasses for good measure, trying to be as cool as Armin!

Missing the shoulder roll battles with . Here are some 423 and 441s that I am currently working on.
Im really confused about the namin of this trick. Quick survey, are these called:
A) shoulder rolls
B) shoulder pads
C) brameson rolls

Today is shoulder pad day 😁 of course, being able to work on all those crazy variations that we found together is waaaay more fun, but I'm trying to make the best of it and of course to practise my endurance so I can beat next time we train together. Usually, we train this facing each other, trying to make the other one drop. As soon as I start laughing it's over^^
What makes you drop?

Oh how much we miss the hair pulling. There's nothing better than challenging your duo partner's balance skills... Or to prove them how much their hair pulling helped you improve them. We miss hanging out and training together, throwing hoops in each other's faces and laughing about it. Hopefully, places like will be able to open again soon. Circus live needs to be nourished. Until then we'll keep filming silly tricks in solitary confinement and hope to entertain you at least as much as ourselves when we film them.
