Made it to our new upcoming menu:
Atlantic bonito sashimi, burnt Chinese cabbage and citrus purée, Tasmanian green Chili, tarragon, coriander and mint. Dressed with our favourite olive oil from Cordoba, Spain and zest of lemon from Catania, Italy. Can’t wait to share it with you all. 💜

Last call for this beauty! We’re very happy to announce the beginning our new menu from next Friday 19/11 (will be posted this weekend). At the same time we’re very sad to say goodbye to this Dessert from our current menu: a burnt sweet corn panna cotta served with a set white chocolate ganache dressed with chalkidiki olive oil and maldon salt and basil and tarragon pressed blackberries. It will still be available the next few days till we run out of the last bit of fresh corn we have in-house.

The crown of our current to menu! Our take on bangers and mash, artisan sausage we make from the head and shoulder meat of a 19yo Sauerland meadow roaming highlander cow. Served with rate potato mousseline, pickled deep purple and mello yellow carrots and mustard seed beurre blanc sauce. We already stressing about saying goodbye in a few weeks.

Here is a sneak peak into our new menu starting on Friday:

1) Local corn fed chicken breast poached in butter, squash purée, glazed squash, braised green cabbage, Greco de Tufo chicken jus.

2) Atlantic sea scallops, rate potato, fresh garlic, coriander and mint gremolata, rendered back lamb fat, zucchini purée, chicken jus.

3) Norwegian Fresh langoustines, langoustine bisque sauce, olive oil crouton.

As our outdoor seating opens this weekend, we will have a last ode to our takeaway menu.

Our last takeaway menu weekend special: Jerusalem Mix
Brandenburg corn fed chicken thighs, livers, hearts, veal sweetbreads, lamb tail fat, warm spices, yogurt tahini, Yemenite chili paste, Tomato and red onion salad, mint and coriander all layered perfectly in a steamed pita.

Can’t wait to have you all back again!

Schneiderei

Schneiderei offers tailored food with a mediterranen touch. The kitchen was born in London by Tel Avivian Liron Shnaider who then took it back to his hometown biggest food market where his zalabia (traditional yemenite fried roll) got raving reviews before coming back to europe this time to Berlin and becoming one of the most talked about food pop ups in town. As Liron is coming from a background of photography and film making On this journey not only food was embraced but also the environment enriched by light, sound, air, design and character that made these experiences complete. Schneiderei is aiming to balance these different ways of impressions in its creation. After two very successful years Schneiderei will open their well anticipated casual fine dining restaurant/bar on the 23rd of November 2019 in Prenzlauerberg, Berlin.
