The owners and workers at Rotbart are some of the first people I got to know when I moved to Berlin in 2009. Eleven years later, they are still the most innovative, inclusive, genuine, and creative people I know in Berlin. Let's not take them for granted!

Dear Laugh Riot! fans of the past, present, and future: A lot of shows take a break in the summer. I did not have this foresight. Although it still felt like strange, fun magic, there were a total of two people in the audience for the second half of this month's show, granted it was extremely hot outside. Next month, the show will go on, but especially because the headliner will be coming from out of town, I want to make sure there are at least three people watching him. What can I do to guarantee your attendance on July 30th? Massages? Ice pops? Drugs? All suggestions welcome.

Next week we have the honor of having Amyra te Nij visiting our show. It's her first time performing on Laugh Riot! and we are very excited about having her on.

Random fact about Amyra: she loves red cabbage a lot. Some would argue too much. Since The beginning of November of 2017 she hasn’t gone a week without eating red cabbage.

There you go folks. We told you it was random. If Amyra is going to tell us about her Cabbage tale, we don't know, but we are excited to see her on tuesday. Show start 8PM.

Wondering why more comedy shows don't write a KONZEPT? The wait is over:

We need you to laugh at us. You need to laugh more. We need each other. But we don’t just want your donations and looks of pity; your self-deprecation and your dick jokes. We want to know you. We want to have a one night stand inside of an open relationship with you.

Rune and Courtney will be your hosts on the last Tuesday of every month. Courtney was such an asshole in high school that she’s overcompensating by taking the stage and being really nice to people who she could easily rip apart. Rune has always been this nice because he’s from Denmark. We ask our comedians to bring their most honest material, their most conscious material. If they make us crack up more often than they demean women, they get a free drink. If they fail to do that, they also get a free drink. Because that’s the kind of show we are.

Each week, we’ll hear stand-up from four comedians. In every show we’ll explore a different theme via interviews with an audience member as well as our headliner.

In the name of consensual participation, inclusion, agency, human rights, non-violence, hedonistic communism, and poly-audience love, we invite you to join us on the last Tuesday of every month to get high on endorphins with us through the joyful art of riotous laughter.

Due to a series of budget cuts, new legislation, and some downsizing, from here on out, rather than once a week, we will be rioting once a month. I know this may come as a shock to many of you, but we promise that all of the energy from the first 3 or 4 Tuesdays of each month will be packed into THE LAST TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH, BEGINNING ON JANUARY 30TH!!! Bring a date, bring your mom, bring cookies because THE RIOT CONTINUES AND IS MORE RARE THAN EVER. Post below for spots and we'll announce the limited edition lineup one week before the show.
