Built a label. Won an award. Now he's playing for us.

SAM PARADISE co-founded Valencia-based house label theBasement Discos in 2019 and hasn't stopped shaping the scene since.
Beatport Hype Label of the Year 2024. Sets at Sisyphos, Renate, Paloma (Berlin), Sacré (Paris) and beyond.

His sound moves from jazzy balearic vibes and disco all the way to power house with bass lines you feel in your stomach.
If you know Cinthie, Dam Swindle or Demuja, they already know Sam's tracks.

Drink of the set: kugelbar.negroni — gin, campari, wermut, soda, zitrone. A jazz-bar classic with a bitter edge and a long finish. Sam would approve.

Our evening with had all of it and a room full of people taking very specific knowledge beautifully seriously.

Some nights don’t need volume to stay loud.

Last Slowdecks was all focus, hands, shadows, small movements and the kind of music that slowly takes over the room.
