🔈 Eine der besten Arten zu lernen, sind richtig gut gestaltete Trainings. Die sind allerdings oft teuer und finden meistens genau dann statt, wenn man keine Zeit hat. Deshalb haben wir unser ganz eigenes Format entwickelt: workwhile – ein Audio-Training on demand!

Der Titel unseres ersten workwhile-Trainings lautet: Wie du dich selbst führst. Ein richtig gut funktionierendes Selbstmanagement macht es leichter, fokussiert zu sein: Was möchte ich kurz- und längerfristig erreichen? Worauf möchte ich meine wertvolle Lebenszeit verwenden? Und wie übersetze ich meine Ziele in Projekte und nächste Schritte? Um diese Fragen geht es in vielen kleinen Übungen, die sich gut in euren Alltag integrieren lassen.

Ce kit comprend 11 méditations guidées, que nous sommes fiers d'avoir enregistrées au studio, et que vous pouvez faire découvrir à vos enfants afin d'améliorer, entre autres, leurs facultés de concentration, leur humeur, leur patience, ou encore leur attention, quels parents ne rêvent pas de ça ;)
Depuis la création des Antisèches il y a 4 ans, le thème qui vous a le plus enthousiasmé sur cette page est celui de la méditation à l’école. Et pour cause : on sait aujourd’hui que ces quelques minutes d’exercices de respiration ont le pouvoir d’améliorer significativement l’humeur des élèves ainsi que leurs facultés de concentration. On sait également que la méditation permet de diminuer les conflits à l’école et de renforcer l’écoute, la patience, l’attention.
Je suis donc ravi de vous annoncer la sortie du nouveau kit de méditation à l’école des Antisèches du Bonheur. Ce kit, qui est entièrement gratuit, comprend désormais 11 méditations guidées + 1 livret explicatif détaillé. Son but est d’aider chaque enseignant qui le souhaite à instaurer facilement la pratique dans sa classe. Les enregistrements des méditations et le livret sont disponibles en libre accès sur www.lesantiseches.com/kit-ecoles (et les méditations sont également disponibles gratuitement sur l’application 7mind).
Je voudrais vous annoncer par ailleurs la création d’un groupe Facebook à destination des enseignants et des parents d’élèves. La vocation de ce groupe, qui sera animé par l’équipe des Antisèches, est de permettre à tous ceux qui le souhaitent d’échanger autour du thème de la méditation à l’école et de donner leurs retours d’expérience : effets des différents types de méditation, suggestions nouvelles quant à la manière d’instaurer la pratique en classe, ressenti des parents dont les élèves méditent à l’école...
