::NEW MOON IN CAPRICORN RITUAL::
::A somatic meditation guided by the three of swords::
ONLINE GATHERING TODAY TUESDAY 12.1.21 19:00 CET
Ooof, it's been a week of turmoil, preceded by a year of great change. Everything feels like it's churning into a big gloopy porridge ~ world events, relationships, thoughts, emotions, somatic sensations. We've all been going through a lot, and are asked to be resourceful as the world transforms. All the Aquarian energy of 2021 does not promise to slow the pace, so this is an opportune time to collect our bearings. I felt like I need a movement based meditation to transform my inner landscape, and as I'm sure a few others out there desire this too, I spontaneously decided to create my first online ritual offering!
Since the solstice I've been setting intention towards finding more clarity ~ in mind, heart and actions. I consulted the cards and received the three of swords, an ally in transformation by death of the old and birth of the new. This card is one which invites to a kind of clarity that is held as if by a womb, giving us the security necessary for a leap into creation.
With the first new moon of the year I wish to clear way for all the newness that is to come. I invite you to a somatic meditation ritual where we'll focus on giving movement to our inner polarities and questions like what do I know? And what do I believe?
Please come as you feel most comfy, looking and feeling like you are in the moment. I will guide you through a movement practice which you can flow with however feels good & accessible to you - with your entire body or even just the tip of your finger. Please look up the four cardinal points in your space before arriving on Zoom - they will support our ritual. You will also need a pen and journal or paper as well as an actual sword, knife or a physical/energetic representation thereof. Hydration and snacks are encouraged.
This space is especially welcoming to QT/BIPOC folks, womxn, men and disabled folks. Mutual respect is the vibe. I will record so that friends who cannot be there live can still enjoy this practice.
