my first mindfulness course just has been accomplished this week

*so impressed of the group and their determination to show up every Monday evening for last 8 weeks

*so touched by their decision to do the inner work and ....attunement when sit down with the breath and other mental landscapes staying with the eyes closed even after the meditation
