Romana did not want to sing anymore after 2018. These Recordings of the Verdi Requiem in 2018 are a treasure for me.

Romana sang Tosca from 2003 till 2016 with so many great tenors.
Eduardo Villa, Ernesto Grisales, Boiko Zvetanov, Ignacio Encinas, Jorge Perdigon, Keith Ikaia Purdy and many more.
Romana had mastered the Art of Chiaroscuro - the ideal balance between the brightness and warmth of a voice. A voice with *chiaroscuro* sounds neither shrill and thin nor dull and muffled. Instead, it combines:
carrying power, tonal beauty, textual clarity, and a balanced richness of resonance.
Chiaroscuro – die ideale Balance zwischen Helligkeit und Wärme einer Stimme. Eine Stimme mit *Chiaroscuro* klingt weder schrill und dünn noch stumpf und gedämpft. Stattdessen vereint sie:

I am very happy that Ernesto Grisales will be in the Jury of the Romana Vaccaro Opera Singing Competition this August. Romana sang Tosca with Ernesto as Cavaradossi and both Aida and Amneris with Ernesto as Radames.
Ich freue mich sehr, dass Ernesto Grisales im August in der Jury des Romana Vaccaro Operngesangswettbewerbs sein wird. Romana sang Tosca mit Ernesto als Cavaradossi und sowohl Aida als auch Amneris mit Ernesto als Radames.
Sono molto felice che Ernesto Grisales farà parte della giuria del Concorso di Canto Romana Vaccaro ad agosto. Romana cantò Tosca con Ernesto nel ruolo di Cavaradossi e sia Aida che Amneris con Ernesto come Radames.

I am so happy that Romana got to sing Tosca how she personally felt Tosca was. She would not allow the scoundrel Scarpia to touch her.
Ich bin so froh, dass Romana die Tosca so singen durfte, wie sie die Tosca persönlich empfand. Sie hätte nicht zugelassen, dass der Schurke Scarpia sie berührt.
Sono così felice che a Romana sia stato permesso di cantare la Tosca esattamente come lei, personalmente, la percepiva. Non avrebbe permesso al malvagio Scarpia di toccarla.
