IMPORTANT NOTICE!
We have been made aware that a few people who have booked to stay at The Lysithea have received communications from them regarding payment similar to the image in this post.

This 100% a scam!

We checked with the Lysithea yesterday & they confirmed that the hotel will not contact you via any other means other than through Booking.com, they do not deal with their customers directly.

If you are the slightest bit suspicious about a communication you receive purporting to be from them, do NOT click any links & most definitely do not send any money.

Log on directly to booking.com by typing their web address into your browser which will ensure you are not being sent to a spoof site.

If the hotel have sent you a message or there are any issues with your booking, you will see a message notification when you log on. You can then safely access the message & deal with contents.

Generally speaking, unless there has been a payment issue with your booking which you would’ve almost certainly been made aware of at the time of booking, the only message The Lysithea are likely to send you is your room access details which you will receive either on the date of your arrival or a day or two before.

The Lysithea also confirmed rooms are selling fast for our dates so pl book asap to ensure your room is secured!
