Classes of contemporary dance and acrobatics :)
These classes combine different techniques and styles of contemporary dance with accent on technique and choreography. Class usually starts with physical exercises for strengthening the body and warming the muscles focusing on stamina, condition and cardio work. It is followed by practicing technique which is based on acrobatics and phrases across
the floor, including different jumps, slides, upside down positions, moving trough hand stands, cartwheels, bridges, kick-ups and similar elements. Every class also includes developing a choreographic phrase based on these elements and practicing musicality, coordination, memory, rhythm and dynamics. Classes are open for all levels of dancers/non-dancers/new-dancers. :)
Anybody can try and progress is there for everyone who finds enjoyment in movement. :)

Classes in Magacin are donation based.
**Information about the instructor**
Ana Obradovic started her dance education under the guidance of choreographer and dancer Svetlana Djurovic in Perpetuumdance studio in Belgrade in 2008. She has joined the company Perpetuumdance and from 2008-2019 has done nine full evening length shows with the company. She has also finished Belgrade Dance Institute from 2015/18 and holds a diploma in Contemporary Dance. During the studies she was trained in various techniques, starting from classical ballet, modern, release, floorwork, Cunningham, flying low, gaga etc. and worked with many teachers and dancers from abroad as well as Serbia, such as Isidora Stanisic, Maciej Kuzminski, Igor Kirov, Tomek Pomersbach, Natalia Iwaniec, Dagmar Dachauer, Vania Galla, Christina and Sade Alleyne, Ido Gidron, Nika Jankovic, Sarah Golding, Ognjen Vucinic, Ema Jankovic and others. She has also been a scholarship holder for 2019 b12 festival in Berlin where she attended workshops from Lali Ayguade, Guilhem Chatir, Helder Seabra and Tamara Gvozdenovic. The same year she was one of the performers in Marina Abramovic's exhibition "The Cleaner" in the Museum of Contemporary art in Belgrade. Parallel to her dance education and practice she has finished Philosophical Faculty in Belgrade and has a BA and MA Degree in Philosophy. and has great experience in the field as a teacher and performer.
