Planning a visit to the Lea County Fairgrounds Office next week? Here’s a quick heads-up! 👋

The Lea County Fairgrounds Office will be closed Monday, September 7, 2026, in observance of Labor Day. 🇺🇸

Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.

Please plan accordingly, and have a safe and enjoyable Labor Day! ❤️🤍💙

🍂 FAIR MAY BE OVER, BUT OUR LOST & FOUND IS FULL! 🔎

The 90th Annual Lea County Fair & PRCA Rodeo may have wrapped up, but we still have several lost and found items waiting to make their way back home!

If you lost an item during this year’s Fair & Rodeo, please call the Lea County Fairgrounds Office at 575-396-8686 or stop by the office to see if your item has been turned in.

📅 All items must be claimed no later than Friday, September 11.
Please be prepared to provide a description of your lost item when claiming it.

Help us spread the word so we can reunite these items with their owners! 🔑📱🕶️🎒

The Lea County Fairgrounds Open Ride will reopen September 8th! Get ready to saddle up and get back in the arena. 🤠

📅 Planning an event at the Lea County Fairgrounds? Make sure you have everything ready before your big day!

All required forms, permits, and fees must be submitted to the Fairgrounds Office at least TWO WEEKS prior to your event.

📍 A City Permit from the City of Lovington is required for every event.
🍷 Serving alcohol? A Picnic Permit is also required, and a copy of the paid permit must be submitted to the Fairgrounds Office.

Please keep in mind that cancellations made less than 7 days prior to an event are non-refundable.

Plan ahead, get your paperwork in, and make sure you're ready for your event! 🎉
