Moments of Flow & Relaxation

A random YouTube click led me to , and I was instantly hooked by her loose, intuitive painting style. 🎨 Inspired, I grabbed my brushes and decided to try it myself.

Her approach was exactly what I needed – quick, meditative, and beautifully imperfect.

Creating these 25 small watercolors over a week felt like breathing out. They’re abstract, loose, and deeply relaxing. I focused on keeping things simple: playful colors interacting, loose brushstrokes, and embracing watercolor’s happy accidents. No strict plans, no sketches – just me, the paint, some water, and a real desire to unwind. It became my perfect form of artistic meditation.
This little collection of paintings reminded me that art doesn’t always need deep meaning or perfect technique. Sometimes, it’s just about the process and pure joy of making.
