BooshKaBaash Festival celebrates music in all of its wonderful eclecticism, whatever the style or ori

Featuring a vast array of international and locally based Chinese and expat bands, this year’s line-up is as diverse as ever. From feel good yet complex Mauritian Sega rhythms to hard-hitting rock, from sing-along classic soul & funk to teen angst pop; BooshKaBaash presents a mishmash of musical goodness as mysterious as its name. The festival will run over 2 days at Nanjing West road’s Shanghai C

entre and what’s more, it’s completely free. On August 29th and 30th from 12pm – 8pm, live music will run all day, along with the Boosh Bazaar; a DIY/artisan market that will keep the crowds fed, hydrated and further entertained. An additional acoustic stage within the plaza area and a DJ providing segues between bands paves the way for a festival of seamless, non-stop music.

Today we are introducing an abundance of interactive activities to be expected at the Boosh Fest. If you think you’re a Jenga master, then we challenge you to a game. We will also have a beer slide table - and a Goose ball pit. Yup. A BALLPIT. With a goose in it. Cos we don’t do fun halfway. There will also be workshops for painting and music, and a string of things to be found out on site. So get your groove on and see you this weekend!

Our second party last weekend was more than a success! Everybody had lots of fun and swung together with us to the live music. Many lucky dogs won plenty of prizes from Goose Island and Hawkers. If you somehow missed the previous parties, we have one last round this May 22nd 8pm at the Goose Island Brewhouse. We want to pamper you with great music and more. Make sure you are there! 🕺🏻💃🏻

Our first pre-party was a blast! So many friends came over to show their love (and received a lotta love from us), grooving with music while winning a prize or two.

The second sesh is on at 3pm, May 18th at Goose Island Brewhouse. Why not take advantage of the chill weekend, bring your bros and girls and soak in some nice tunes?

Hey Boosh Fam, how’s it going? The 2019 Goose Island BooshKaBaash Fest is coming in hot to celebrate its 11th anniversary together with you. We stay dedicated to bringing you the highest quality acts from all around the world. On May 25th to 26th from 12pm–8pm, live music will run all day to keep you fed, hydrated and entertained.
