Neo-Soul Entertainment (新魂娱乐) was established in the year of 2012. The High School Students Rock Union, which is the association that under the name of Neo-Soul Entertainment is the biggest high school musical association all across China. Neo-Soul Entertainment will host the biggest student music festival in China in each year. We targeted to develop the youngest bands and cooperate both Strawber

ry Music Festival and MIDI Music Festival since the year of 2013 for broader coverage of our music. Also during the year of 2013, we released the first collection album of high school rock bands with their original songs in the Chinese music industry. During the year of 2015, with the support of Jing Rui Estate Foundation, we held a high school charity music festival and donate tens of thousands yuan to Dan Zhai middle school in Guizhou, China. In the end of the year 2015, we switched our focus to the exchange of entertainment resource between China and the US.

新魂娱乐成立于2012年8月，旗下的高中生摇滚联盟是我国最大的中学生音乐联盟。作为中国最大规模的学生音乐节主办方，每年新魂娱乐都举办新魂音乐节，旨在发展最年轻的乐队。从2013年起，新魂娱乐开始与草莓/迷笛音乐节等大型音乐节合作，将旗下最好的优质乐队资源输出至大型音乐节的校园舞台。同时我们还在13年暑期发行了中国首张中学生原创摇滚乐合辑。15年，在任志强所负责的精锐地产基金会的支持下，他们举办了中学生慈善音乐节，并捐款万余元给贵州省丹寨中学。旗下乐队西瓜罐头／病山羊／熊猫眼等都已经小有名气并且发型了专辑。
2015年末开始，新魂娱乐开始寻求转型。主要团队转站扎根北美开发华人演出市场。
