THE LAST MESSAGE I EVER SENT MY HUSBAND 💔

At 11:47 p.m., my husband sent me a message
Please don’t call me tonight. I need some space.

I stared at the message for almost 10 minutes.

We had been married for 9 years.

We had three children.

And although things weren’t perfect anymore, I never imagined that one ordinary Tuesday night would be the night my entire marriage would change forever.

I wanted to call him.
I wanted to ask where he was.
I wanted to ask if there was another woman.
But something in me said, leave him alone.

So I simply replied:

Okay. Goodnight. I love you.
He read it.
He didn’t reply.
The next morning, I woke up and noticed that his side of the bed was empty.
I assumed he had left early for work.
Then my phone rang.
It was his younger brother.
His voice was shaking.

Please are you sitting down?
I laughed nervously.
What happened?

There was silence.

Then he said:

Your husband had an accident last night.

My whole body went cold.
Apparently, after sending me that message, my husband had driven out.
He never made it home.
He died before they could get him to the hospital.
I screamed.
I couldn’t breathe.
But the worst part wasn’t that I had lost my husband.
It was what they found inside his car.
A small envelope.
With my name written on it.

For my wife.

Inside was a letter.
He wrote that he had been planning to surprise me.
He had found out about a business opportunity that could change our family’s life.
He had also written:

I know I’ve been distant lately. I’m sorry. I just want to give my family a better life. Sometimes I don’t know how to tell you what I’m carrying inside.

Then the last line said:
If anything ever happens to me, please never think I didn’t love you, I collapsed Because just hours earlier, I had been lying beside him, angry that he wouldn’t talk to me And the last thing I had told him was:

Okay. Goodnight. I love you.

I still have that message,he never got the chance to reply, Sometimes the last conversation you have with someone really can become your last conversation forever.

So tell me honestly

If you were me, would you keep that last message forever, or delete it because it hurts too much to look at? 💔 (she needed someone to talk to ) and I gave her a listening ear
May God console you LOVELY

🔴 HE POISONED YOUR FOOD. YOU SAW IT. YOU SWAPPED THE PLATES. HE ATE AND DIED. WHO IS THE MURDERER?

This happened last month in a bar. Two friends. One argument over money. The answer will shock you.

STORY:

Pa'a Jean puts poison in your plate of eru to kill you.

You notice the white powder. You don't shout.

You quietly say "Excuse me, let's swap, your meat looks bigger."

He eats YOUR poisoned plate. 10 minutes later, he dies on the floor.

Police come. You say: "He poisoned himself! He wanted to kill me!"

WILL THE POLICE RELEASE YOU AS SELF-DEFENCE?

NO. You will be arrested for MURDER -Section 275 Cameroon Penal Code.

Here is why Cameroon Law will NOT save you:

1. THE MOMENT YOU SAW THE POISON, THE ATTACK WAS OVER.

Self-defence in Cameroon is governed by Section 84 Penal Code.

For self-defence to work, 5 conditions must exist at the SAME TIME:

1. Unlawful attack
2. Attack is happening NOW, not before
3. No other way to escape
4. You defend with proportionate force
5. You stop when danger stops

When you discovered the poison, you were SAFE. You could throw food away, leave, call Gendarmerie, film as evidence.

The danger was NEUTRALISED.

Swapping plates is no longer defence. It is REVENGE. And revenge is never self-defence in Cameroon. Supreme Court said this in Ashu vs The People 1978.

2. YOU CREATED A NEW MURDER WITH YOUR OWN HANDS

Under Cameroon law, there are 2 elements of crime:

ACTUS REUS (The Act): The poison in your plate legally became your property when served to you. When you moved it to his side, YOU are the one who served poison. You are not a witness. You are the supplier.

MENS REA (The Intention): You knew "If he eats, he will die" and you still gave him. That is direct intention to kill. Section 276 (1) (a) (b).

You cannot say "It was his poison." No. He attempted to kill you -Attempted Murder Section 94. You completed the killing -Murder Section 275. Two different crimes.

3. WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE DONE TO BE INNOCENT?

1. Do not eat, do not swap.
2. Call 2 witnesses immediately - "Look, there is poison here."
3. Film the plate.
4. Take plate to Brigade and file complaint for Attempted Murder -Section 94

He would have gotten 10 to 20 years imprisonment and you would be alive and free a hero.

THE LESSON FOR ALL CAMEROONIANS:

In our villages, people say "If someone digs a pit for you, push him inside."

Cameroon law says: "If someone digs a pit for you, report him. If you push him inside and he dies, YOU are the murderer."

Self-defence is a SHIELD to protect yourself, not a SWORD to kill your enemy.

He is guilty of Attempted Murder.
You are guilty of Murder.

The Court will give you Death Penalty or Life Imprisonment with extenuating circumstances under Section 93 if you prove fear.

QUESTION FOR YOU:

If you were the Judge, would you acquit the man who swapped plates or sentence him for murder?

Drop your answer in comments 👇 Let's argue law, not emotions.

3 MISTAKES YOU MAKE AS A SALARY EARNER. NUMBER 3 WILL SHOCK YOU

Read every point carefully because one of these mistakes may be the reason your financial life has not changed.

Number 1

DON'T LET YOUR SALARY BECOME YOUR PERSONA
There is nothing wrong with having a job and earning a salary. It is an honest way to make a living and take care of your responsibilities. The problem begins when your job becomes your entire identity. Some people don't imagine their life outside their workplace. You will see somebody will stop learning new skills, stop chasing bigger opportunities, and only believe their monthly salary is all they need. They still know that the salary is not enough to take care of their responsibilities for them but they will keep managing it. Then one day the company closes, the Government retires them, or replaces them, and they feel completely lost. Your job should be part of your life, not your whole life. Keep growing, keep learning, and keep building something that belongs to you. Never allow your name to end where your salary ends. Your salary should support your life, not define who you are.

Number 2

THE MISTAKE OF DEPENDING ON ONE INCOME
Many people work hard every month, but all their hopes are tied to one salary alert. The moment that alert is delayed, panic takes over. If the job disappears, everything comes to a standstill. That is a risky way to live. Even if your salary is good today, start creating another source of income while you still have the opportunity. Learn a profitable skill, start a small business you can do in the evening or even during weekends, invest wisely, or build something that can earn money without depending entirely on your employer. It may not grow overnight, but consistency produces results. Depending on one income leaves your future exposed to problems you cannot control. Financial security begins the day you stop depending on only one paycheck.

Number 3

IF YOUR SALARY STOPS TODAY, WHAT WILL FEED YOU TOMORROW?
This is the question every salary earner should ask themselves before it is too late. Most people assume they will always have a job, but life can change without warning. If your salary stops this month, would you still be able to feed yourself and your family? If the answer is no, then today is the right time to prepare for tomorrow. Start build assets that can continue producing income for you even when you are not receiving a paycheck. Do not wait until a crisis forces you to act. The best time to prepare for uncertainty is while everything is still going well. A wise person prepares before the storm arrives.

Things To Do and Stay Healthy Instead of Masturbation👇👇

✅Exercise (especially skipping or jogging)
Physical activity burns excess energy, improves mood, and reduces sexual tension naturally.
✅Take a cold or cool shower
Helps calm urges quickly and refreshes your mind and body.
✅Stay socially engaged
Call a friend, chat with family, or spend time with people — loneliness often triggers the urge.
✅Focus on a productive task
Study, read, work on your goals, or learn a new skill. A busy mind reduces idle urges.
✅Practice deep breathing or meditation
This improves impulse control and reduces stress-driven urges.
✅Get quality sleep
Fatigue lowers self-control and increases impulsive behaviors.
✅Limit exposure to sexual content
Avoid p**n and triggering social media pages — they strongly stimulate the urge.
✅Eat balanced, healthy meals
Stable blood sugar and good nutrition help regulate hormones and mood.
✅Engage in hobbies
Music, drawing, gaming (in moderation), sports, or creative work redirect your dopamine in healthier ways.
✅Strengthen your daily routine
Have structured times for waking, working, exercising, and sleeping — structure reduces idle temptation.

👉Important medical Note:
The ultimate concern is when ma********on becomes:
• compulsive
• interferes with daily life
• affects relationships
• tied to heavy p**n use

Hope this is helpful ??
