RVCDP’s Mr. Akts Muluh Gregory Nguh Named Best All-Round Project Manager at 2026 CENPA Awards

DOUALA, Cameroon — In a resounding celebration of leadership and impact, Mr. Muluh Gregory Nguh, Project Coordinator of the Rice Value Chain Development Project (RVCDP), was named the Best All-Round Project Manager of African Development Bank (ADB) and Islamic Development Bank (IsDB)-Sponsored Projects in Cameroon at the 2026 Cameroon English Language Newspaper Publishers Association (CENPA) Award Ceremony on Saturday night at the André Siaka Hall (GECAM) in Douala.

The prestigious award recognises Mr. Muluh’s outstanding record in driving rural transformation across the country. Prior to leading the RVCDP, he served as the Project Coordinator for Phases 1 and 2 of the African Development Bank (ADB) -sponsored Grassfield Participatory and Decentralised Rural Development Project (GP-DERUDEP) and later the Grassfield Participatory and Integrated Rural Development Project (GP-IRDP) financed by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) establishing a long-standing legacy of excellence in executing major development initiatives.

Organised annually by CENPA—an organisation representing more than 40 English-language newspaper publishers in Cameroon—the awards celebrate merit and highlight the media’s role in recognising exceptional contributions to nation-building. Mr, Muluh was represented at the ceremony by the head of the Communication Unit of the North West Development Authority, (MIDENO), a partner institution in Development in the North West Region, Mr, Nfor Francis Yinyu.
