Profile Summary – Mrs. Ful Nathalie

Mrs. Ful Nathalie is a seasoned leader, administrator, and committed community builder, widely recognized for her dedication to service, unity, and development within the Bum community. At 51 years of age, she brings a wealth of experience, maturity, and vision to her candidacy for the position of Vice President General of the Bum Development Union (BDU).
She is the wife of Mr. Charles Ful Ngong and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of WINTEK INFORMATIQUE, where she has demonstrated strong leadership, innovation, and organizational excellence. Her professional background reflects a results-oriented mindset, integrity, and the ability to manage both people and resources effectively.
Within BDU, Mrs. Ful Nathalie has served diligently as the outgoing First Vice President, contributing significantly to the growth and coordination of the union’s activities. Her leadership extends to the grassroots level, where she has successfully led Njanghawan Bepanda for several years, fostering unity, participation, and community engagement.
A visionary leader with a heart for service, Mrs. Ful Nathalie is deeply committed to strengthening unity within BDU, promoting good governance through transparency and accountability, and empowering members by creating opportunities for growth and leadership. She strongly believes in advancing peace and sustainable development, working collaboratively to build a more inclusive and prosperous Bum community.
