TLC (The Light Convention) is reputed to be the biggest youth exhibition in the nation. Under the distinguished patronage of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Youth affairs and Civic Education, this 11th edition of TLC will as usual discover, groom and promote at least 50 selected participants from all over the nation in over 13 categories.
