The thought that one day I will die feels incredibly real to me.

For many people, it’s just an idea that crosses their mind. For me, it became a perspective that changed the way I live.

I no longer want to spend my life fighting and sweating over an existence I can never fully control.

So I choose to meet each day as it comes.

What is meant for me, I’ll receive with gratitude.
What isn’t, I’ll let go in peace.

Life feels lighter when you stop trying to control everything and simply learn to live.

The spirit of oral literature is becoming more & more vibrant in Cameroon, and through our organization STAGE LIFE, we're committed to keeping this spirit alive.

We're happy to introduce this new project, CRASH POINT.

🧡Overview:

Crash Point is a recurring artistic gathering, created to preserve, celebrate, and revitalize the spirit of oral literature while fostering meaningful artistic expression. It is a creative sanctuary where storytellers, poets, spoken word artists, musicians, actors, and lovers of the arts come together to share ideas, inspire one another, and build a thriving artistic community.

More than a performance platform, Crash Point is a space where art breathes, stories find their voices, and the mantle is passed from one generation of artists to the next.

🧡Vision:

To Consolidate Stage Life as a creative hub that inspires excellence in oral literature and cultivates a generation of purpose-driven artists whose work influences culture and society.

🧡Expected Impact:

Crash Point seeks to build a vibrant community where artists feel seen, heard, and empowered. Through consistent gatherings, the project will preserve oral literary traditions, nurture emerging voices, encourage meaningful artistic dialogue, and contribute to the growth of Cameroon’s creative landscape.

We walked from Buea to Idenau on foot!💚🔥

On August 1, The Long Walk to Healing successfully completed its fourth edition, covering approximately 65 kilometers from Buea to Idenau.

More than just a physical journey, the walk brought together people from different backgrounds to connect through meaningful conversations, shared laughter, music, and moments of reflection. Every step became a reminder that healing is not always found in grand gestures, but often in simple acts of walking together, listening, and showing up for one another.

As participants journeyed through the breathtaking landscapes of the Southwest Region, they embodied the values that define the movement: community, resilience, mental wellness, and hope.

The Long Walk to Healing continues to create safe spaces where strangers become family, stories are shared without judgment, and every kilometer strengthens the belief that no one has to walk through life’s challenges alone.

With another successful edition behind us, we look forward to welcoming even more people on the next walk as we continue healing—one step at a time.
