Este álbum es más bien un homenaje a los 80, en el sentido de que, diría yo, tiene muchas más ideas melódicas y, como dije, melódicas, no solos, sino melodías que sostienen la canción. Así que, sí, es más bien un homenaje a los 80, diría yo. Es realmente emocionante.

Nunca había escuchado tantas ideas geniales para canciones ni canciones terminadas como las que tenemos para este próximo álbum. Será un verdadero reto cuando empecemos a grabarlo. En esta etapa inicial, se sienten como creaciones muy bien pensadas, con composiciones dentro de composiciones, si me entiendes. Partes solistas compuestas como una parte totalmente nueva. Es realmente inspirador. Sí, ¡creo que este va a ser el mejor álbum de la historia!

"This album is more of a sort of an homage to the '80s in the sense of, I would say, a lot more, a lot more melodic ideas and, as I said, melodic, not solos, but melodies that carry the song. So, yeah, it's more of an homage to the '80s, I would say. It's really exciting.

I never heard this many awesome song ideas or finished songs as we have for this forthcoming album. It's gonna be really a case of 'kill your darlings' when we start recording it. At this early stage still, they feel like very well thought-through creations with compositions within composition, if you know what I mean. Solo parts that are composed as a totally new part. It's really inspiring. Yeah, I think this is gonna be the fu***ng greatest album ever!"

IAN HAUGLAND: 🎸 Europe regresa al estudio: nuevo álbum en camino como homenaje a los 80 🎶

El baterista Ian Haugland ha confirmado que la banda empezará a grabar en octubre su próximo disco, el cual verá la luz el año que viene.

👉 Después de 7 años desde su último lanzamiento, el grupo asegura que han tenido tiempo de sobra para recopilar el mejor material.
👉 El disco será un homenaje a los 80, con un sonido más melódico y lleno de esas vibras que marcaron toda una generación.
👉 Además, gracias a su acuerdo con Sony, la banda tiene la libertad de elegir los temas que formarán parte del álbum. 🎸

🎤 Europe regresa con fuerza y promete llevarnos directo a la esencia del rock ochentero que tanto amamos.
