⚡️ New artists announcement ⚡️

🪩 took her first Jazz Dance class at the tender age of 7. Longing for more, she later joined a teenage Street Dance performance group, until she stumbled upon Swing dancing in 2013. Ever since, her life would be unimaginable without dance!

🌱 Over the years, she acquired a broad knowledge on the many facets of swing dancing which she loves to share with her students. Aside from teaching, Nina can be seen competing throughout the continent, regularly making finals.

🪩 hails from the US and has been teaching Lindy Hop, Balboa, S**g, Charleston, Vernacular Jazz and other American jazz era dances for over 15 years.
In 2020 he moved to Switzerland where he teaches for a variety of dance schools locally and abroad. He holds several titles from prominent competitions such as – Rock That Swing Fest, Midwest Lindy Fest, Fog City Stomp, Lindy on the Rocks, Nevermore Jazz Ball – to name a few and was a member and choreographer for the high-flying Denver dance troupe “23 Skidoo”.

🌱 As a teacher he takes a natural and authentic approach to dancing that anyone can learn whether they are a born dancer or have two left feet. When not dancing he can often be found studying an eclectic range of topics or tackling novel skills and challenges, ever the beginner.

⚡️ New artists announcement ⚡️

🪩 Trisha is a UK based artist, educator, and creative director with decades of experience teaching and working internationally. She brings a deeply personal, culturally informed approach to dance, rooted in Black traditions, musicality, and lived social history. Her work centres on authenticity, connection, and immersion. Inviting dancers to move beyond patterns and sequences and into meaning. Trisha explores the shared roots of African American vernacular dances, encouraging students to understand where movement comes from, how it feels, and why it matters.

🌱 Known for her engaging teaching style, Trisha creates spaces that are both energetic and joyful. Her background in music and formal training in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and tap gives her teaching strong depth and understanding, especially in rhythm, helping students develop confidence, musicality, and their own expressive voice.
Trisha is driven by a passion for dances from the Black diaspora as living cultural practices, honouring their origins and empowering dancers to move with intention, respect, and authenticity.

🪩 and are based in Barcelona, where they dance, teach, learn, and also contribute to building the community at their dance school called El Taller.

🌱 Their teaching approach focuses on rhythm and flow, and Laia especially likes to encourage followers to actively participate with strong rhythm in the dance. 🪩 .brenecki is originally from Australia and now Berlin-based. Elle has been exploring dance from an earlyage, dabbling in various styles. However, discovering Lindy Hop and Authentic Jazz was when she felt most inspired, especially drawn to the conversational nature of jazz and the freedom it offers.

⚡️ New artists announcement ⚡️

🪩 Jo Hoffberg is a force of nature. She is an international choreographer, a highly decorated competitor, a thoughtful mentor, a wearer of high-waist pants, and is best known for her teaching. She has taught Lindy Hop, Charleston, Vernacular Jazz, Aerials, Competition Prep, and Weekend Intensives both nationally and abroad since 2007. Her love and appreciation for various Black American art forms allows her to bring innovative versatility to the dance floor while simultaneously respecting the roots.

🌱 Her demand as an instructor, performer, and competitor has taken her to hundreds of festivals spanning 35 countries and five continents. After having spent many years prioritizing Lead & Follow, Jo now enjoys exploring improvisation, musicality, body awareness, and self-expression, which is apparent every time she steps on the dance floor (or posts videos of herself dancing in her living room). Incredibly passionate about teaching the solo side of partner dancing, Jo is super-freaking excited about helping students find their voice in this dance! Her motto: possibilities over perfection.

🪩 Timothy Christopher is a self-taught Lindy Hop dancer, musician, and chemical engineer from Pensacola, FL. Despite not having any formal training in dance, Timothy taught himself Lindy Hop by watching online tutorials and attending swing dance events in Pensacola and other areas across the US. He quickly became a well-respected member of the local swing dance community.

🌱 Additionally, Timothy is an accomplished musician who plays the piano and trumpet, performing with jazz bands and playing classic tunes from the bebop era.
