Some heroes are remembered.
Others become part of the landscape.
For the third part of the Boon series, I wanted Humility to feel almost forgotten. Not because his deeds lacked meaning, but because he never sought recognition for them.
The forest slowly reclaims what time leaves behind. The stone face in the background stands as a fading memory, while the old warrior remains at its feet, carrying a blade marked by countless years of service.
No throne. No crown. No songs.
Just duty.
And sometimes, that is enough.
What do you see when you look at him: a guardian, a king, or a man carrying the weight of a story no one remembers anymore?
If this journey through Edan speaks to you, a like, comment, share, or follow helps these stories reach more travelers along the road.
