Summer summary

There are no real holidays when your whole life feeds your work.
I never really stop working because I never stop looking.

Full-time, all the time.

21/08/2026

I create the conditions for an encounter with an image I do not yet know.

My role is to recognize the moment it comes into being.

16/08/2026

For the past year I’ve been following a path I didn’t expect to find.

This new body of work began while sanding down a painting I had intended to remake.

Rather than recovering the original image, another one started to emerge.

I decided to follow it.

The jazz notes and light reflections are in perfect harmony on the surface.

Next year marks 10 years since I made my first ‘Surface And Depth’.

Should I do something special to commemorate it ?
