I checked out the record collection at my favorite restaurant in Zürich and went back in time!

What better place though cause Flavia and Mira - the two head chefs here - create the most delicious and creative dishes I have ever tasted. It’s all slow food, it’s all local and get this: it’s all food that would have existed in Zürich back in the year 1837.

Ok, the vinyl isn’t thaaat old haha, love it!
