Ooof! What a weekend!!!
This weekend I attended a Stampin' Up! Event. I knew I would have a wonderful time because it meant gathering together with faces new and old, a chance to chat, laugh and catch up, with plenty of hugs thrown in! But I have to say it exceeded all of my expectations!!
Not only did we enjoy all of the lovely community aspects, we had several wonderful presentations from fellow demonstrators, we had multiple make and take projects, we played with new product from the upcoming September catalogue and even paper pumpkin! (There may have also been a coloured butterfly related give away 😉) The pace was perfect, just the right amount of time for everything, although I'm sure we can agree the weekend was over far too quickly (just not because we were rushing!)
We swapped, we shared and we inspired each other!
One of the phrases I love from Stampin' Up! that often features is, 'make something that means something', you can see it on the banner behind me in the photo with my lovely teamies. To me it's not about the cards and packaging and 3d projects that we make it, it's about the friendships! The most meaningful part of my Stampin' Up! Journey, the life long friendships, the sisterhood of the travelling crafters ❤️
A big thank you to all of the volunteers who helped make it happen!
The biggest thank you of course goes to our field success manager Helzie! Thank you for a wonderful event, so thoughtfully planned out, perfectly executed, and of course most importantly thank you for bringing us together!
A great first !
I can't wait for the next one!
Love Helen xx
