Bone-in chicken thighs, expertly seared for maximum flavor, then gently simmered in a rich, creamy mushroom sauce. Comforting, hearty, and an all-time favorite that pairs beautifully with any holiday spread.

🐔 Roasted Spatchcock Chicken

A whole chicken, butterflied and flattened for even roasting, seasoned with our signature dry rub. Roasted until golden and juicy, served with garlic green beans and crispy roasted potatoes for a complete meal.
