The delightful Rouleau-Poirier clan visited us for a full family chocolate-crafting session. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ages varied from 5 years to 65 years - a wide berth of wisdom and youthful energy!
They departed 'tres heureux' with sacks and sacks of chocolate. 🤗🤎🤗

We welcomed Maryse and Denis from Ontario with open arms and chocolatey hands. 🤗
You have never seen a couple so excited to work with chocolate - I wanted to hire them on the spot as apprentices due to their sheer passionate interest in the product. Such a lovely couple.... 🤎

We have a new nominee for the "Most Entertaining Harem of Ladies Attending Our Chocolate-Making Experience" award!! 🏆😉🏆

Mimi, Sue, Ruth, and Pat - well-known in the Shelburne area - were all up for the occasion, combining their passion for dark chocolate with an aptitude for learning. I had an idea they might prove to be a handful..... and so they were. ‼️ 🤗 Lovingly so.

Invasion of the all-milk chocolate ladies! 😲
Actually these were two charming locals who stopped by for their chocolate initiation (class). We'll say that even though they work in the food industry that they were surprised at the complexity and fun of chocolate-crafting!

Whitney and Steve came all the way from Windsor and Wolfville to enrich themselves on the glorious art of chocolate-crafting. It was a most thoughtful birthday gift for Steve and they departed with their taste buds "all in a tizzy". 🤗🤎🤗

We are all revved up for the Seedy Saturday Market at the Clare Veterans Centre in Saulnierville this Saturday the 11th.
This a fundraiser featuring guest speakers and an "all-green" cast of the best hand-picked vendors from the vicinity.
