Drum roll......It's Porch Decor to Your Door!!!

I'm obsessed with changing my porch decor every season and as an artist decided to spread this passion straight to your door. Let us handle all the decor to customize your porch without you thinking about it too much. We'll deliver a fresh look every season, right to your door. A beautiful porch is welcoming, warm and filled with personality!

WE NEED YOU! Now, in order for us to build some images of what we do and some happy testimonials, we're looking for 2-3 friends that would like us to decorate their front porch and take some photos.

And for a really memorable experience I'm even thinking of creating a unique watercolour of your home for you to keep.

🌊 I’m so thrilled to launch some of my “Crying Landscapes" and other available works on my website today! These haven’t been made available for some time but it’s now time to share my art with you. I’ve had so much support lately with new collectors and friends and thought it was time to create more access to what I have available. I even launched a t-shirt!

The story behind this series…

Featured in Art Seen Magazine, this series titled "Crying Landscapes” are watercolours on yupo paper (large and small formats) and have been created based on explorations over many months and during an art residency on Vancouver Island. They depict abstracted landscapes inspired by Georgian Bay and Coastal BC in blues and greens with simple drawing forms that bleed out on the page as they dry in a poetic and unexpected way. After visiting Old Growth logging sites, I was struck by the changes to the land and wanted to create imagery that reflects what remains hidden, silenced. Our relationship with ownership and control over the natural world has become a recurring theme in my work.

Shaped from memories of places travelled, the essence of the landscape becomes relatable and familiar, yet unique and undefined. Contradictions occupy the space where urgency visits stillness with flow and ease.

Perhaps still life flower paintings are one of the most cliché subjects but thinking of the end of 2023, I had to create a series that brought me joy and a new perspective on life. It wasn’t an easy year for many and I had to make difficult choices and experienced so many wonderful things mixed in with sad and overwhelming emotions. I was out with my kids and stumbled upon a flower field and they immediately picked flowers for me which instantly carried away any worries. I went back to my studio and started painting and thought of the act of sharing flowers, to celebrate and commemorate the big moments in life, to say thanks, to send warm wishes to those we love. I wanted to celebrate kindness and remind myself of simple beauty which will never wilt…

💐 I’m offering these paintings at an affordable price point to spread more joy and kindness around. Hope you check them out and think of sending a bouquet to someone you live or think about.
