Term Theme:
We'll be getting our voices moving with a modes of transportation themed concert! Songs about planes, trains, automobiles, walking, running, and more will be featured. Familiar tunes like Crazy Train, Driver's License, Shut Up and Drive and All The Things She Said will make your heart race for the finish line!

🚗✈️🚆 Help Us Name Our Next Concert! 🎤

We’re planning an upcoming Vocal Rhythm Oxford concert all about transportation, movement and momentum! Songs inspired by planes, trains, automobiles, walking, running, and everything that keeps us going!

Think high-energy tunes like Crazy Train, Driver’s License, All The Things She Said, These Boots Are Made for Walkin', and more. But before we hit the road… we need a name for the show!

Here’s how it works:
Comment below with your best concert title idea inspired by travel, transportation, or movement.

🏆 The winning suggestion will be announced LIVE at our Made in Canada concert at the end of the month, and the winner will receive 2 tickets to our next concert!

As we reflect on our very first year at Vocal Rhythm Oxford, we’re overwhelmed by the love, encouragement, and support we’ve received from our performers, audiences, followers, and community partners. What began as an idea rooted in connection and joy has grown into something truly special. Because of you!

To our performers: thank you for your courage, commitment, and heart.

To our followers and supporters: thank you for cheering us on, sharing our posts, filling the seats, and believing in what we’re building.

As we look ahead, we’re also reminded that this season is about giving back and lifting one another up. If you’re able, we encourage you to support your community in whatever way feels meaningful to you. Whether that’s donating, volunteering, or checking in on a neighbour.

Mike is currently collecting donations for Coldest Night of the Year, supporting those in our community who need it most. You’re welcome to make a donation through him. Every act of kindness counts toward making someone else’s day a little better.

Registration is still open for Vocal Rhythm Oxford’s Main Stage performance group as we kick off our Canadian Pop Legends term. We’d love to welcome a few more voices into the mix!

If you’ve been thinking about joining but weren’t sure if it was the right time, this is your sign. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or someone ready to challenge yourself in a supportive, fun environment, there’s still room for you!

What you can expect:
🎤 Weekly rehearsals with vocal coaching
🎶 A full concert performance at the end of the term
